a day at a time of your request to avoid disruption.
At sites which are operating
24/7 our installations manager will liase with your onsite representative
to minimise disruption by explaining our schedule of works, the impact
it will have and the length of each disruption. Thereby, enabling
you to manage the disruption around your key trading bottlenecks.

a shutter becomes inoperable through damage or failure, we appreciate
that the effects for each business are unique. For some the failure
may be nothing more that an inconvenience and for others it means
a complete inability to trade and that's why at Benn we:
Offer a full range of callout options. You select the option best
suited to your needs.
Bronze - On site response within 3 working days (included with all shutters).
Silver - On site response within 24 hours - Minor repairs undertaken
on site.
Gold - On site response within 12 hours - Major repairs undertaken on
site.
Platinum - On site response within 4 hours. Major repairs and fabrication
undertaken on site.
